The Sheriffs Winter Conference, hosted by the Florida Sheriffs Association, is one of the association’s two major annual gatherings for Florida sheriffs and law enforcement leadership. Typically held in North Florida, the conference focuses on continuing education, peer collaboration, association updates, award recognition, and discussions on issues shaping the future of law enforcement across the state.
The event consistently draws representatives from nearly every sheriff’s office in Florida, along with law enforcement partners, vendors, elected officials, and other stakeholders engaged in public safety, operations, and policy.
